2010 Start Up of the Year Entry Form

A business venture established in 2009 that has achieved significant business success through the operation of that business and:

Produces revenue from the primary product or service of the startup business Demonstrates market acceptance and viability through documented sales volume, news stories about the business, customer feedback Is based in one of the three counties in Southwest Washington (Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania)Has a workforce in place for the business of one or more persons (NOTE: While first year profitability will be one component of this evaluation profitability is not a requirement to be considered for this recognition)
