Red Robin, MOD Pizza & others coming to Battle Ground

Construction on a new Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is now underway in Battle Ground.

The restaurant recently broke ground in Millcreek Town Center, a 21-acre retail center anchored by the Walmart Supercenter at Scotton Way and SR-503.

According to project developer Principal Properties LLC, the 4,534-square-foot restaurant is scheduled to open this summer.

“We’re very excited to have Red Robin at our project and being able to bring that to our community,” said T.J. Fontenette, founding member of Principal Properties. “They looked at Battle Ground as a growth market that is up and coming and our center had the attributes they were looking for.”

Principal Properties also announced that MOD Pizza has signed a lease to occupy 2,640 square feet of space at Millcreek Town Center. The fast casual pizza chain is expected to open in the second half of this year. The franchise has one other location in Clark County, at 19151 SE Mill Plain Blvd.

Building on the retail center’s non-food offerings, Great Clips has signed a lease for 1,079 square feet of space with a scheduled opening in the second half of this year.

At completion, Millcreek Town Center will have approximately 190,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.

“We think the pieces are in place to create a high quality mixed-use project that is going to benefit Battle Ground,” said Fontenette.
