Leading take ‘n’ bake pizza franchise Papa Murphy’s has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with Clark Center LLC to expand its existing corporate headquarters at 8000 NE Parkway Drive in Vancouver.
In a press release, the company said its headquarters will increase in size by approximately 10 percent.
“We have a strong and proud history here in Vancouver,” said Papa Murphy’s President and CEO, Ken Calwell. “This lease renewal and expansion of our footprint illustrates our long-term commitment to growing and strengthening our brand while also contributing to the economic growth of Vancouver and the state of Washington.”
The company currently shares first- and second-floor space with a number of other businesses at Clark Center, while occupying the entire third floor. The new lease will allow Papa Murphy’s to occupy a portion of the building’s first floor and the entire second and third floors.
