The Vancouver Business Journal is pleased to announce that the 2016 Top Projects Reception & Awards Presentation will be held at the Ilani project site, located off of the I-5 La Center Exit at 3710 NW 319th Street.

Formerly known as the Cowlitz Project, Ilani (which means “sing” in the Cowlitz language) is a $500 million casino currently under development by the Cowlitz and Mohegan tribes.

The 368,000-square-foot casino is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017 with 2,500 slot machines, 75 table games, a high-limit gaming room, VIP lounge and event space with seating for up to 2,500 guests.

Now in its 12th year, the annual Top Projects event recognizes construction projects in three areas: Commercial Development, Residential Development and Public Works. The event is held every year at an active construction site.

This year, Top Projects will be held on Wednesday, July 27. To purchase tickets to the event, click here.
