The Board of County Councilors is looking to fill an unexpired term on the county’s Clean Water Commission. The term ends Dec. 31, 2016.
The Clean Water Commission makes recommendations to the board about services, policies and financing to meet federal and state requirements for water quality, including stormwater management.
Residents of the county’s unincorporated area are encouraged to apply. Analytical skills are desirable, along with experience and interest in environmental issues.
Individuals interested in applying should submit a letter and resume to Jennifer Clark, Councilors Office, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, 98666-5000. Applications can be faxed to 360.397.6058 or emailed to jennifer.clark@clark.wa.gov.
Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12.
