The Southwest Washington Contractors Association will hold its second training session of 2016 for its online construction project bidding portal on August 23.
The training will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Opsahl Dawson, 9418 NE Vancouver Mall Drive in Vancouver.
Paul Carrig of J2 Blueprint, a software creator and long-time partner of the SWCA, will conduct the session. He will demonstrate how to manage a project from the invitation to bid through bid results, reducing the time and cost to administer a project through a third party.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptop computers to optimize the learning session.
