Riverview Bancorp, Inc. recently announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share. The dividend will be payable October 27, 2015, to shareholders of record October 12, 2015.
“We are pleased that our current financial performance and capital position allows us to increase our dividend again this quarter,” said Pat Sheaffer, company chairman and CEO, in a press release. “The cash dividend represents a payout of 21 percent for our first fiscal quarter and a dividend yield of 1.26 percent.”
