PeaceHealth COO headlines June Boardroom Breakfast

The Vancouver Business Journal is pleased to announce that Beth O’Brien, Chief Operating Officer for the PeaceHealth system, will be the featured speaker at our Boardroom Breakfast event on Wednesday, June 3.

O’Brien is responsible for all operations throughout the PeaceHealth system, including 10 medical centers, an 800-member multi-specialty group practice and a comprehensive laboratory.

Prior to joining PeaceHealth, O’Brien served as senior vice president and group executive officer for Catholic Health Initiatives. In 2004, she was named one of Modern Healthcare’s “100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare.”

During the breakfast, O’Brien will discuss the much-publicized leadership changes at the Vancouver-headquartered not-for-profit, as well as the changing landscape of the healthcare industry.

The event will be held at the Artillery Barracks on the Historic Fort Vancouver National Site (600 E Hatheway Rd.) from 7:30 to 9 a.m.
