Pacific Lifestyle Homes has broken ground of its newest neighborhood, Hockinson Meadows, in Vancouver.
Located east of NE 162nd Ave. near Frontier Middle School, the community will feature 30 homes situated on larger estate lots; most are over 7,500 square feet. Buyers will be able to choose from multi-level designs or single-level floor plans ranging from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet.

All Pacific Lifestyle Homes in the Hockinson neighborhood are planned to include features such as “Smart Home” technology, granite tile countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The grand opening of the first phase of Hockinson Meadows is slated for mid-January.
