The top five are:
- Park Tower I, Park Tower Addition: 13,050 total sq. ft.
- Felida Village Work/Live Center: 8,380 total sq. ft.
- Franklin Plaza: 6,500 total sq. ft.
- Salmon Creek Executive Suites: 6,000 total sq. ft.
- Washougal Town Square: 4,670 total sq. ft.
