The top five are:
- Kaiser Permanente Dental: 121 FTEs; 20 total dentists
- Wendel Family Dental Centre: 55 FTEs; 7 total dentists
- Cascade Dental: 30 FTEs; 5 total dentists
- Adventure Dental: 29 FTEs; 4 total dentists
- Gentech Dentist: 15 FTEs; total dentists ND
