General contractor McDowell Pile King has purchased the land and building at 7414 NE 47th Avenue in Vancouver for $305,000 from Undertaker Land Company Inc.
The site contains a 3,200-square-foot manufacturing facility on 1.31 acres of land.
McDowell Pile King plans to use the newly-acquired property to set up a yard to serve clients in Southwest Washington. The company has specialized in piling and deep foundation systems since the late 1960’s.
