The top five are:
- Southwest Washington Central Labor Council: 11,700 members
- Vancouver Education Association Inc: 1,500 members
- Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway: 775 members
- Office & Professional Employees International Union, Local 11: 750 members
- Vancouver Firefighters Union IAFF, Local 452: 179 members
