Friends of the Carpenter’s (FOC) annual dinner and auction raised a gross total of $85,000 to support its ministry of services, including $28,000 during the special appeal. The event was held on Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Hilton Vancouver.
“We are humbled by the generosity shown by the community members and supporters who attended our annual dinner and auction,” said Tom Iberle, FOC’s executive director in a press release. “The money raised will enable us to continue our daily work as a faith-based day facility that provides safety, structure and purpose for vulnerable members of our community.”
The fundraiser was sponsored by Gary & Nancy Ervin, William & Carol Lehmann and Basel Cellars Estate Winery.
