Moore-Clark USA Inc., dba Bio-Oregon, has leased a 20,000-square-foot light industrial building in Longview.
The facility, located at 1140 Industrial Way, will be used by the company for distribution and warehousing.
Founded in 1937, Bio-Oregon is a provider of quality salmon and trout feed. The company’s feed is used at government enhancement fish hatcheries, private aquaculture companies, zoos, research institutions and backyard fish ponds.
Moore-Clark USA leased the Longview building from the George & Arlene Marsh Living Trust, the Lakemont Group LP and Steve Dorn.
Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the landlord in the real estate transaction.
