Children’s Center sells old building for $1 million

Children’s Center, a Vancouver-based nonprofit that provides mental health services to children and families in Clark County, has sold the downtown Vancouver building it used to operate out of to New Heights Baptist Church for just over $1 million.

Located at 415 West 11th Street, the building has been on the market since Children’s Center moved to a new facility off of SE 7th Street.

Built in 1968, the downtown building features areas for reception, individual offices and multiple conference rooms. The property it sits on is approximately one acre in size and includes 26 parking spaces.

Mike Lamb of Windermere Real Estate represented Children’s Center and Jim West with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented New Heights Baptist Church in the real estate transaction.
