The Schlesinger Companies have received LEED Certification for the 805 Broadway Building in downtown Vancouver. The building consists of 275,000 square feet of Class-A office space on 10 floors.
The Schlesinger Companies built the 805 Broadway Building in 1982 and has owned and managed it ever since. The building achieved LEED Certification for implementing measurable strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance in: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
LEED is the foremost program for the design, construction and operation of green buildings. More than 29,000 commercial projects have been certified.
