The Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) announced this week that this year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes will be located in the Ridgefield area near the Clark County Fairgrounds. A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site, known as Meadows at 179th, earlier this week.
Featured builders in this year’s show will include: Cascade West Development, Bella Villa Homes, Modern Home Design, M2 & Co. and Tuscany Homes. Six to eight luxury homes will be featured, with average prices projected between $600,000 and $800.000.
“We had a phenomenal show last year, one of the best since the recession,” said Avaly Scarpelli, executive director for the BIA. “This year we are building on our success with new builders, luxurious natural gas heated homes, and a great location near the Clark County Fairgrounds and Salmon Creek area.”
The Parade of Homes is produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County. NW Natural is the title sponsor of the event.
