Victoria King, MHA, MSN, has been named PeaceHealth’s first system chief nursing officer.

King is currently the chief nursing officer for Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. Originally from California, she is board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced, holds masters’ degrees in health care administration and nursing, and is a co-founder of the Global Nursing Conference.

In her new role, she will work with nurses, system and community leaders, physicians and others to build a strong standardized nursing care model throughout PeaceHealth, which is headquartered in Vancouver.

“I am looking forward to partnering with PeaceHealth leaders, particularly in the areas of clinical care, quality, safety and patient experience programs,” King said.

Cody Cumpton joined the company’s the engineering department in February along with Caleb Patterson, an engineer in training. Scott Waddell, another engineer in training, joined the engineering department in November. Rebecca J. Wahlstrom, a Registered Landscape Architect, joined the Olson team in September.

Jordan Ramis PC, Attorneys at Law, recently announced the addition of attorney Jacob A. Zahniser to the firm’s construction and litigation practice groups.

“We’re pleased to welcome Jacob to the firm,” said managing shareholder Chris Reive. “His breadth of experience in construction litigation enhances our capabilities and reputation as the Northwest’s leading Dirt Law firm.”

Zahniser focuses his practice on construction, real estate and business litigation, as well as handling insurance coverage disputes arising from construction defects. He is also a frequent speaker on commercial lease issues.

He received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Maryland and his JD (cum laude) from St. John’s University School of Law.

CHRISTOPHER CAMUT, SCOT OSLUND, JASON KOENDERS

Following the formation of its Integra Business and Electric Lightwave business units earlier this year, Integra, a Vancouver-based provider of fiber-based, carrier-grade networking, communications and technology solutions, announced three new appointments as the company builds out its leadership team.

Christopher Camut joined Integra Business this month as president. Previously, he held leadership roles with communications, software and technology services providers. Camut most recently served as CEO of Ajubeo, a Colorado-based IaaS provider. He holds degrees from the University of Toledo.

Scot Oslund joined Electric Lightwave as vice president, premier channel. Oslund comes to Electric Lightwave with more than 30 years of telecommunications experience, most recently with TW Telecom Inc., where he led wholesale and carrier sales. In his new role, Oslund will oversee sales and account management for key customers in tier one markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Finally, Integra has promoted Jason Koenders to the newly formed office of chief technology officer. As CTO and senior vice president, Koenders will assume leadership of Integra’s product development organization, overseeing the company’s expanding portfolio of managed and cloud services and networking solutions as well as innovations in fiber-based products. His responsibilities also include functions that have been traditionally related to IT, such as internal infrastructure and application development.
