2010 Fastest Growing Business Entry Form

Categories of Fastest Growing Businesses:

• 1 to 5 years
• 6 to 10 years
• or more than 10 years

The criteria to be considered are:

Profitability – Growth in net income and/or profit margin

Investment – Dollars invested in adding locations or production capacity, and/or acquisition of assets or business

Revenue – Growth in gross revenue year over year where the sales revenue comes from the product line or service and not from investor contributions

Expansion – Growth in locations within the three county region of Southwest Washington (Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania counties) and/ or growth outside the region

Deadline for entries is Friday March 26, 2010
