Adam J. Degrandpre has leased the Maria's Properties Highway 99 Car Lot, 10013 N.E. Highway 99 in Vancouver, from Maria's Properties LLC. He is the new owner of Tri State Truck and Equipment. Ron Kawamoto of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties in the transaction.
