Clark County Public Health is seeking nominations for the Public Health Community Award, which recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting community health.
“This award highlights public health excellence in Clark County,” said Sandy Mathewson, Public Health Advisory Council chair. “We’re especially interested in hearing about individuals or organizations who demonstrate innovation, forge partnerships, and strive for communitywide outcomes.”
Nominations are due March 16. Forms are available on Clark County Public Health's website.
A committee comprised of Public Health Advisory Council members and Clark County Public Health staff will review nominations and make a selection. The award will be presented during the Clark County Board of Health’s meeting on April 25.
