AEGON USA Realty Advisors has issued a lease to P&GL Inc. for 1,176 square feet of office space at Eastridge Business Park, 11700 Northeast 95th Street in Vancouver. Matt Adams, Irfan Tahir and Kathy Harris of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee represented itself. 

Park Plaza Inc. has issued a lease to Guild Mortgage for 4,991 square feet of office space at Park Tower I, at 201 Northeast Park Plaza Drive in Vancouver. Jeff Snyder and Irfan Tahir of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee in the transaction. Tom Shimota of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the lessor. 

Kemeny Vancouver Plant LLC has purchased 4.16 Acres of industrial property and a 74,234 gross-square-foot building at 7016-7018 Northeast 40th Avenue in Vancouver from Bowie Lies LLC. The purchase price was $2,300,000. Garret Harper of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor was represented by CCP’s Dave Brown.

Al Angelo Company has issued a lease to Gameplay for 2,337 square feet of retail space at Four Seasons Market Center, 2615 Northeast 112th Avenue, Suite 2, in Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the lessor.

PJS Restaurant LLC, doing business as Kim’s Grill, recently renewed its lease with Four Seasons Place LLC for 1,200 square feet of retail space at Four Seasons, Building J, 2702 Northeast 114th Avenue, Suite 3, in Vancouver. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the tenant.

Richard Keyser has leased 1050 square feet of office space at 301 East 17th Street in Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group Inc. represented the Lessee in the transaction. Sharon Geivett of G&G represented the Lessor.

Angelo Property Co. LP has issued a lease to Valerie McCoy (Breakfast at Valerie’s) for 3,858 square feet of retail space at Cascade Village, 516 Southeast Chkalov Drive in Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord and the tenant.

Al Angelo Company has issued a lease to NW Tax Advisors for 2,677 square feet of office space at Al Angelo Building, 400 Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins- Bernhardt Associates represented the Lessor.
