A Protected Person.Judi Burkdoll, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Jack Franklin Mivshek, hereby gives notice that she seeks confirmation of the sale of the real property of the Estate commonly known as 4212 NE 18th Court, Vancouver WA 98663-3655, legally described as follows: That part of Lot 9, GARDEN GROVE HOMESTEAD LOTS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book “A” of plats, page 13, records of Clark County, Washington, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 9; thence West 69 feet, more or less, to the East side of the fence line; thence Northerly along the fence line and a Northerly extension thereof 250 feet; thence West on a line parallel with the South line of said lot to a point of 140 feet West of the East line of said lot; thence Northerly and parallel to the East line of said lot to the North line of said lot; thence Southeasterly along the North line to the Northeast corner of said lot; thence South to the Point of Beginning. EXCEPT County Roads.

(“Premises”). by negotiation, in the manner required by RCW Chapter 11.56.100, for not less than ninety (90%) percent of the appraised value of the Premises. The sales price of the Premises is $140,000.00; the sale is strictly on an “As Is” basis; and Estate will subtract from the sales customary closing costs and fees.

The sale of the Premises may be confirmed any time on or after January 28, 2013. Any person or party who is interested in submitting a bid in excess of the sales price, as outlined in the preceding paragraph, must follow the procedures in RCW 11.56.110 – prior to confirmation of sale.

Judi Burkdoll certifies under the penalty of perjury of the State of Washington: That she is the Personal Representative of the Estate in the above-entitled matter; that she has read the foregoing, knows the contents thereof and believes the same to be true.
